People are creatures of habit. Most folks go to the Post Office at certain times. Each of us probably have 3 or 4 times we're most likely to be there. Go back for a few days a bit earlier than you were, and hang out. See if anyone looks familiar. And maybe post a scan of the card at the PO with a LOST notice above it, maybe the "finder" will come forward. Maybe.
