Greg, I haven’t seen many Minor League Stadium Pennants aside from the 2 you referenced. Here are a couple that are technically Stadium Pennants, but not quite in the same realm. Toledo is newer / Kansas City is older. Probably not what you were looking for in the true sense, but it’s something.
