Pre WWII was pre Dec 7 1941. USA or
Pre Sept 1939. Europe
1931 Manchuria/Manchukuo by the Japanese.
The above is a little hard for me to remember because I was born in May of 1931.
The first card that I flipped was a 1941 Playball.
