I'm pretty sure it's the brown one on the far right with the smokestack. That area is known as Tobacco row. I believe the old tobacco factories in Richmond have been converted the into condos/apartments.
Here's a link to some of the properties. I have no clue whether any of these are the original Piedmont factory.
