the jefferson is a portriat, and probably at best a Psa 1, maybe a SGC 20, its pretty crinkled. Also, if anyone knows a site, dealer etc. that has PSA 1's for bargains, under $20 i'd like to know, you can email me directly if it causes an issue to post here. Thanks.
