Default W572 help needed---Anyone know who this is?

Won this on Ebay recently and I'm pretty sure it's a W572 strip card. The player is from St. Louis, but I can't for the life me Identify the player due to the dark printing (or my crappy eyesight). Anyone have an ideas?
