Hang onto your money on the McGinnity, its not real. McGinnity had a choppy looking up and down stroke style on his penmanship which was typical of the Spencerian handwriting style used up until the early 20th century (people trained in the mid-late 19th century). The signature you have looks similar is some ways to a legit McGinnity but the person who wrote it has an more contemporary handwriting style which is characterized by smaller capital letters and a more loopy and flowing look. There are other differences as well but you can tell immediately by the horizontal flow as opposed to the vertical flow of the signature.
