Fred,

1)I have a special deal with PSA--Joe has asked not to disclose.
2)Correct--only upgrades
3)I have over 20,000 8s--going to be submitting them to PSA for a long time. Actually, I am trying to accelerate my submissions in case a new president comes in and changes my deal. I was hoping to get more than three though.
