And the AFL logo is not really a good indicator of age either, as it appears to have been used so intermittently. There are early examples of Texans and Titans with it, so we know it began somewhere between 1960-62, but then many other examples from later in the decade that do not have it. |
I’m mainly thinking of the Trench pennants, it seems that when they started using NFL/AFL logos they didn’t stop. The later ones we see without are probably other makers like Ad Flag.
