Is there a way to set up a poll whereby to cast a vote a person must log in and in addition have had a network54 account for a certain period of time (e.g., 60 days)? That way each account name will get only one vote, and creating an account for the sole purpose of voting will not work because the poll will be over before the waiting period will have expired.
