Since watching that documentary I have been looking for a collection of 35MM film strips that told a story and fit my baseball collection. Earlier this week I purchased a number of such negatives documenting the celebration in downtown Pittsburgh following the 1960 World Series. It is very interesting to view the negatives as a narrative of that day. Here are some of my more favorite images from the collection. |
