In my opinion, 100% feedback is immensely overrated. Who cares if you have 99.8% vs 100%? If anybody wants to look it up, they can see your response, which would say something to the effect of the guy being reported to Ebay for gouging on shipping. I have one negative in about 900 and could care less if I had a few more - nor would I think any sellers would care less if they saw a few here and there with an explanation. People are afraid to give negatives, therefore shady sellers keep ripping people off. Believe me, there are more important things in this world then somebody writing a bad sentence about you!
