Lange is in the 1899-1900 Sporting Life Supplements, cataloged as M101-1, in the April 22,1899 edition. I guess it can be argued whether that's a card or not, but I think it is and I wish I could find one. I don't know of any cards for Stivetts, Stenzel or Jones. However, Stenzel is in the 1898 Cameo Pepsin Gum Pin set.
