I agree about the one printing place idea. With multiple printers it seems like there would be a larger number of differences between the cards even if it was as small as color differences, sizes and maybe even paper stock.

Also if there were multiple printers you would think there would be more known about the printing process since there would be multiple sets of printing instructions/documents/plates for them.

I don't know...Joe D. has printing connections.
