I would have thought maybe the glassine envelope was inside the larger cardboard envelope type box in my scan.....otherwise not sure what would have shipped in it. Hopefully you can find the definitive answer or Scott knows....or Jerry or someone who has studied and collected them. I only know a little about a lot but not a lot about anything
