Your approach to collecting makes a lot of sense. It's also a reminder that pre-war cards like everything else is cyclical. The prices can't always be going up, even though it seems like it when you gotta have that card.

So while the goudeys are skyrocketing, I can work on upgrading my '57 Topps set. A sound approach. Thanks.
