Unfortunately, the fact is that many low feedback bidders are inexperienced and they don't understand the system. I have well over 2000 transactions on ebay, and ALL of my problems as a seller have been from bidders with a feedback of less than 10.

I don't block bidders with low feedback but I am always apprehensive until the transaction is complete.

In regard to your service in the war, thank you very much, your service is greatly appreciated.
