Missing red is an odd thing, as there are cards "missing red" deliberately.
mostly in the 350's Like Dygert that comes with red lips or not. The ones with deliberately missing red aren't necessarily rare at all.
The ones where it's missing by mistake are, and in any cases should be missing one other color as well.
