In full disclosure, I had purchased the previous serial number Cobb/Drum and held it for several yeats before sending it to PSA about a year ago. PSA initially had slabbed it as a crossover from BVG. Then upon a second inspection they determined that the card was indeed rebacked. To make a long story short, PSA worked out an adequate arrangement to buy the first FrankenCobb, take it out of circulation, and make me whole -- that is probably why I was so persistent on this one.
