A Topps Rookie Banquet program from that year ? Does it include the Elect Your Favorite Rookie and Hot Iron Tranfer paper inserts ? Does it include an actual Hot Iron Transfer
Griffins pointed out to me the prices for Topps Salesman Samples in the recent Heritage Auction and they were lower than I would have expected
