Milwaukee County

I also will throw in:
Mile High (though I didn't see the Rockies play there - just the Broncos a couple times)
and the old Boston Garden (because I also got to walk out on the parquet.)
Oh yeah, McNichols Arena in Denver to see the Avs play.
