I glad….and surprised….you guys think tassels are “take ‘em or leave ‘em.” I wish my recent pickup had them. The seller was a great guy and took my best offer but he said he didn’t know if the tassels were missing or if the pennant never had them. With my pennant in hand, it’s pretty damn obvious it used to have tassels. And this is a seller who deals nearly exclusively in sports memorabilia.
