barrysloateI don't think the country is as great as it once was. I think many of the things that made it great have been compromised over the past eight years.
We are now heading in a different direction with new leadership. I don't have a clue whether we will be better off or worse off, but it's time to try a new approach. And like I said, I will support the new president.
You can't tell me the last eight years have been great for the United States (well maybe you can, but most wouldn't).
Edited to add: Jeff and Jim, my socialist comment was tongue in cheek. No, I do not in any way think Barack Obama is a socialist, but I figured Jim would get off my case if I said that. Now let's move on.
