It doesn't matter if it is SGC, PSA or GAI, buy the card not the holder.
I think the bottom line here is that if I bought a card this expensive I would be sick to see that border. I am a collector first but like Frazee said of the Babe, "anything (well almost) is available for the right price" and selling this card for anything close to what you might have paid for it is going to be an arduous task.
