Default I have opened 1960 packs
When I was working part-time for John Broggi back in the day, he got part of the Alan Rosen Paris Tennessee find of 1954 and 1955 Bowman packs and 1960 Topps packs.

I opened one 1960 Topps pack, pulled a Mantle and quit.

At the time, that pack was 28 years old
