Judge Dred (Fred)The item description or check out section indicates that there is NO RETURN on this item. That's a red flag but when I contacted the seller they said that they'd refund the winning bid amount if the card was a reprint. It was less than $300 so it's kind of a scarey proposition.
With all that said I believe it's REAL. It's a bit hard to determine by looking at the scan but it does look real (I guess a lot of reprints on ebay do look a bit real). I would have bid on that card if the seller would have provided a larger scan of the card as I had requested. I sure hope it's real for the buyer's sake - nobody likes those kinds of headaches.
