It looks pretty typical for a small spot of damage on the plate/stone. If there's a bit of debris that scuffs the stone it removes the surface that prevents oil adhering and the section prints as a blob.

It could also be a bit of debris scratching the negative used to develop the plate. Pretty much the same result.

So there should be more of them. Quite a few, maybe as many as 1 in 6 or so if it's the latter explanation. Fewer, as few as only a handful if it was damage just before they stopped using the plate.
