Ted - I knew you'd end up here sooner or later. Thanks for info in your post. I think you might be misunderstanding what I'm asking though. I'm asking about Coupon Cigarettes... not T213 cards. I'm trying to find out more information about who made the cigarettes and where.
I understand that all of the cards themselves were printed off-site in other states. I'm trying to tie the cards in with the products in which they were distributed from the LA area.
