Joe D- bottom line. I am positive my whole collection, and whatever it's value has, has done considerably better than the stock market overall (in at least the last year). It's not even close.....but we need to remember the sweet spot that I collect is what has held up better.... For instance...no doubt I have quite a few common cards but that's not where the real value is....the value is in the rare ones. If I have a $100 card go down 50% it's not a big deal when I have a higher end one go up a lot...as one did recently....and I am in 100% agreement on which is more fun.....take care
