They are in the series 3 only, they are much rarer than the red of series 3 but you see them pop up. They do derive premiums when sold. The reason for the orange border was a screw up in the color shade at the factory when printed. I was told ther is only one run of the orange borders so one of each card in the series 3. I am not 100% sure., but thought you may want to know what I know. Hope this helps.
