After about two minutes on the phone, the detective in charge readily concluded that this guy is insane and told me he would call him back and tell him so. Today I received another call from this guy. I think he was drunk or high, since he was slurring his words and laughing at something or another. He threatened to report me to the FBI this time. What a child--crank calls were cool, like, at age 9 or so. . .
