AWESOME slides - thanks for sharing. Regarding the program and stub - They are awesome too - very hard to find! The program often has a crease in it because people at the dinner folded it to carry in their pockets - the one you show has no crease. The stubs are incredibly rare! Yours is only the second one I have seen.
Without the autograph I would estimate the program and stub at $100-$150. I don't follow autograph values and don't feel qualified to speculate on the premium attributable with the autograph. I hope that is helpful.
