Default I apologize (just a little) for my Ralph Naderistic posts

Speaking from the land of police-created riots (our next one is scheduled to go when the jury finds reasonable doubt on those two cops in Inglewood), let's scale down the garbage and get back to cards.

That being said, my POV on this is that Dr. Koos is entirely in the wrong here. If a card is an altered piece of "garbage" and "valueless", you owe it to the buyers to disclose the facts. Who knows, you might be surprised at how much someone will pay for a card even altered. When I had the same ugly PRO experience, I cracked out the card and fully disclosed its history in the listing. Surprisingly, I drew a ton of bids and recouped 35% of my investment, and I did it without commiting fraud. Grow up and be a man--take your losses and sue PRO and the deceitful bastards who sold you the card, don't join them under that rock.
