Judge Dred (Fred)It couldn't be a bubble? Could it? There was lots of "cheap" money in the economy recently, especially with interest rates at historic lows. People were pulling money from their home equity, etc.
I'm hoping this stuff drops through the floor. A correction of sorts. Maybe, just maybe, all the speculator collectors will get scared and start a sell off.... ok, maybe I'm dreaming a little bit but it would be nice to see the prices drop a little bit.
