I usually have little interest in the grading controversies, as I own virtually zero graded cards, but when I saw this on Ebay I couldn't keep it to myself.

How the f*** did this snag a VG 3 ? I wouldn't grade this any higher then Fair or Good due to the damage on the front. Am I wrong or did PSA miss the boat on this one?
