I’m loving all of these watches!
Peter, that is an excellent bargain movement. Sea-Gull 1901. It has ties back to the Japanese military around 1963. I have a couple in different styles myself.
My 2 42mm Sapphire versions of the 1901, my Seiko 5 Sports cement, and my Montana Tree Ring quartz watch ( https://treeringpens.com). The guy who makes them has a workshop nearby that I was able to pick it up from. I’m in the process of swapping it to a brown apple leather strap which hasn’t arrived yet.
