Judge Dred (Fred)The paypal requirement of proof of shipment protects legitimate sellers from people that opt not to insure their package. If a seller really sent an item and has proof of shipment then the seller did his part and it's just a shame. If the seller (knowing paypal requirements) opts not to spend a little more on shipping (which could be charged to the buyer) then that's something that the seller needs to understand. Paypal has rules in place and these rules are there to protect both the buyer and seller.
