T EThe card is a good buy but the seller doesn't really know what he is doing. Stop with the guilt, you paid for something and you MUST get satisfaction. Be careful about waiting too long to put in a claim, I'm sure paypal has a time limit (45 days?) and you don't want to miss it. You can always put in a claim and end the dispute later if you so desire.
