Default Q: How much is a slabbed "authentic" cards' value affected?

Posted By: anthony

since i'm awake, here's the story

back in the late '60's (before i was born) my brother was a big Dodger fan. he was watching a Dodger vs Giants game and Marichal was pitching. ended up that the Dodgers lost and Marichal got the win. My brother was mad and spray painted Marichal's card. since he was the one who started me collecting cards i had the card graded a couple years ago and just gave it to him on his 50th birthday this past March. He got a kick out of it, he said he hadnt seen that card since he sprayed it in '69 or '70

The sentimental value is much higher than the card value...i put that at $5 for the encapsating fee, it may be less.
