Phil GarryB & E Collectibles is the owner of the photo. I first saw it available for sale at their table at the White Plains show last weekend. My main purpose for inquiring was to look for a vintage item picturing Harry Heilmann, which this photo did not. Thus, they ended up listing it for sale on ebay.
