OK let me add this picture. I'm still trying to narrow this down. In this picture see how the base runners either have their arms folded or on their hips. The pitcher is throwing, so this must be a releif pitcher that was just brought in and is warming up. As Val said Stone was a lefthander and was on the 63 Orioles roster so rule him out. That leaves Jack Fisher right hander who was on the 62 roster. Here is the Orioles roster for 62.

You see that Jack Fisher is on it, but Boog was #16 and an outfielder in 62. In one of the pictures he is at 1st and #26. So should we rule Fisher out? Palmer did not come up until 65. It's looking like this may be Palmer and 65 or later??? Did they use Palmer as a releif pitcher when he first came up? I'm confussed as it does not look like him.
