in my experience, the tougher backs, such as broadleaf, cycle and anonymous (forget red cross, although it applies as well) only come with the known players. while the other cards only come with recruit and napoleon and also anonymous backs, NEVER DO THE CARDS CROSS THE LINE!, i do not think all can be found with napoleon backs or anonymous backs as stated 2 decades ago.
in order of rarity, red cross stands far and above the crowd, i would place 100X premium, broadleaf and cycle are about equal with a value of at least 2-3x the current book, although the cycle being red is more sought after. the anonymous might be a bit easier, but definitely not as popular as the others due to it's plain appearance.
