If the seller in question had perfect feedback, 50 and over would be a no brainer. But depending on the quality of the item in question, I would either insure my paypal payment or send the money order with alot of insurance w/delivery confirmation. Ripping somone off on ebay is one thing, mail fraud is another thing.
