Steve M.I am reasonably sure that if I called Mastro and asked them to contact the consignor of Lot 28 with an over-the-top offer that Mastro would do so. In fact, unless its consignment contract prohibits it, I think Mastro has a duty to pass such an offer along to the consignor. I could be wrong? Comments?
