I actually found this entire issue in a barn sale several years ago. This particular issue that included your supplement also featured photos of the World Series and the crowds in the publication itself, including its cover shot (I think my issue may be missing the supplement, if memory serves).
If I can dig it up, I will scan the cover...
By the way, did you buy this supplement from Ron Vitro at last weekend's White Plains show?
