Either PSA or SGC would be fine. When I do get cards graded, I send cards to SGC since they don't have a membership fee, in my opinion they are a bit more consistant and the price you would get for resale is virtually the same. Also, you can get the card graded by SGC for $8 (I think) which is cheaper than PSA. There are a dozen or more threads on the virtues of both services so use the search of this site for other opinions.
