I would get his contact information and call him up. What he's pulling is total BS and illegal. He entered into a contract with you and now he's trying to get out of the deal. Another Ebayer probably contacted him after the auction and offered him $20.00 bucks more than you did. I would work with Ebay's trust and Safety department and let them know just how you feel.
