Thanks for the additional info. With that link you included, it definitely seems that this display with the Lou Gehrig card could have been part of a sales pitch for a card related promotional item that, because it hasn't been seen, never made it to the market. And it sounds like the Gold duo had just the type of creative minds to think up such a gimmicky type of card collectible.
