After the card arrived is not the time to send it back because it didn't have insurance. That's stupid. I am always careful to put a "delivered" price on my items or spell out the shipping in detail. For some reason there seems to be a lot of issues with the BST lately. I know I could cure them all at once by not having a BST area but I don't believe in punishing everyone because of a few knuckleheads. I have had several private complaints in the last week. Is there something in the air? Let's be careful over there...regards
