It's difficult to say, with the missing ink, if that is a 5 or a 6. But the reversed (c) symbol tells us that the card is a W516-2-2.

Zinn, You may have meant to say -2-2 as there is not a W516-1-2 designation, so it is not that.

I will say that the number does look a lot like it is a 5 and that would suggest that the card is actually a fake.
